About our headliner: Troy Hawke is an erudite home-schooled 1930's throwback...the Errol Flynn of the high street. Educated, sophisticated, but utterly clueless. He tackles modern issues head on in his uniquely untimely manner.
Milo McCabe (AKA Troy Hawke) is a character comedian with over ten years experience on the circuit and PERTH WEEKLY COMEDY AWARD WINNER 2019. He has twice been nominated for the Amused Moose Best Edinburgh show award and was listed as GQ's Top Ten comedy shows of the festival.
‘Undeniably funny' Chortle
'Mad comic genius' The Scotsman
‘A must see for any comedy enthusiast...one of the best comedy acts this year’ Edfest Magazine
‘A delight to behold’ London Theatre Guide
Opening the show is the hilarious Jim Campbell who has been busy with a chart-topping podcast, an acclaimed book and his personal life exploding. Everyone was right though; it’s good for material.
‘Charmingly fresh... an hour in Campbell's company will leave you entertained and enlightened’ The List
‘A superb example of how to craft a technically accomplished, winningly performed piece of comedy’ Fest
Also appearing on the night is up and coming Nathan Eagle who’s has a unique take on the world and makes the mundane look abstract. Nathan’s engaging stories about childhood hoovers, dodgy geezers and disastrous disco dancing keep the audience hooked.
‘Nathan is one of the most original and exciting new acts I have seen in ages. Brilliantly funny’ Zoe Lyons
Don’t miss this top night out with some of the best acts on the circuit. The night is hosted by local comic Adrienne Coles – see you there!
