The Festival of Food and Music 2024

Is there any other way to celebrate than with a weekend of food, drink, live music and children’s activities? Come along and discover a variety of delicious food stalls, featuring Eastern European, Caribbean, Thai, Ethiopian, Latin American and classic British cuisines. Not to mention all of your favourite desserts, cakes and sweets. It doesn’t stop there, all kinds of refreshment can be found at the outdoor bar, accompanied by real ale and vodka stands. Over the two days we will have numerous performances on both our Terrace Stage and Woodland Stage. Confirmed acts for the Terrace Stage include Millennium: The Robbie Williams Tribute, Fonda Cox, The ABBA Stars Tribute Band, 3times7, Rock Choir, The Supertonics and Artemis Singers. The festival isn’t just for adults, there will be plenty to keep the kids entertained too! Activities will feature craft and community stalls with face painting, play centre, an inflatable slide and rides for the kids with family activities in the South Hill Park learning tent. Not to be missed – The Handmade Theatre will be joining us on Sat 8 & Sun 9 June to deliver puppet shows at 12.30, 1.30 and 3pm. This year car parking will be bookable online or via the Box Office. Booking a parking ticket in advance will cost £5 (+£2 postage fee) whereas acquiring one on the day will cost £10. These tickets will allow access to parking on the North Lake field (11am-7pm, with last entry at 5pm). There will be no access to the South Hill Park car park.
