The Idaho Rovers: FREE Downtown Sounds Concert

Known for their spirited performances, the Idaho Rovers infuse each performance with the rich musical heritage of the Celtic lands. With a repertoire that spans lively jigs and hornpipes, heartfelt ballads, foot-stomping reels and polkas, and crowd-pleasing sing-alongs, their music brings communities of listeners of all ages together in celebration of Irish culture. Comprised of friends and teachers who regularly play the local Irish sessions, the band has over 100 years of collective musical experience. For this show, The Idaho Rovers will be joined on stage by the amazingly talented Orla O’Connor, an all-Ireland fiddle champion, who hails from County Kerry, Ireland! This FREE community series is made possible through generous support from title sponsors Teton Valley Health Care, Grand Targhee Resort, Silver Star Communications, and Yellowstone Teton Territory. Local food trucks Art Taco, Just Friends Ice Cream, and The French Crepe will be on-site at Driggs Summer Arts events with beer on tap from Citizen 33 Brewery and wine by the glass from Two Mountain Winery.
