The Keep-Watershed Distillery Bourbon Dinner

Tucked inside historic Hotel LeVeque, The Keep restaurant and bar has collaborated with Watershed Distillery on an unforgettable Backyard Bourbon Barbecue dinner. Slated for Thursday, September 19 at 6 p.m., the dinner will kick off with an amuse bouche paired with a specialty welcome cocktail. Each of the four courses in this elevated barbecue-inspired menu will be thoughtfully fully paired with a neat drink or artisan cocktail crafted with one of the spirits from Watershed Distillery’s award-winning portfolio of locally made spirits. This impressive menu features crispy pork belly Bahn mi with pickled daikon and gochujang aioli; bacon-wrapped sea scallops with grilled asparagus and finger lime beurre blanc, Watershed Bourbon-glazed beef brisket with smoked white barbecue, warm Dijon potato salad and Brussels sprouts slaw and will finish with an unforgettable chocolate whisky cake with amarena cherry and vanilla bean gelato paired with Watershed’s new port-finished bourbon, which is just being released in September.

The Keep’s wildly talented Chef Mark Grant will join Watershed Distillery Bourbon Brand Ambassador Tommy Householder at the event they created to meet with guests and talk about how to develop the perfect cocktail and dining pairings at home.
