The Spooktacular Balloon Festival is returning for its 6th year at the beautiful Slatington Airport. From breathtaking hot air balloon rides to family-friendly fun, this is one event you won’t want to miss. Hot Air Balloon Rides Experience the skies like never before! Guests can choose between: Tethered Rides – A shorter, family-friendly adventure where balloons rise just above the ground and gently float back down. Perfect for kids, first-timers, or anyone looking for a taste of ballooning. Full Flight Adventures About an hour-long journey over the scenic Lehigh River and Appalachian Mountains, with up to 30 balloons launching together. Create memories that will last a lifetime! Advance booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot, especially for full flights, which sell out quickly. Entertainment & Attractions Alongside the balloons, the festival will feature: Live Music & Performances Local bands, entertainers, magicians, and fire jugglers bring energy to the stage. Family Fun Petting zoo, inflatables, kids’ activities, and interactive shows. Laser Show & Fireworks On Friday and Saturday night, watch the sky light up in a spectacular finale. Food, Drinks & Shopping A huge variety of food trucks and vendors will be on-site, offering everything from festival favorites to unique bites.
