The St. James Philadelphia Polo Classic returns to Fairmount Park on September 23, 2023, following the sold-out success of last year's inaugural event benefitting local non-profit, Work to Ride. With an expected attendance of 4,000 guests, this year's event promises to be bigger and better - featuring the exciting return of world-renowned polo champions and engaging experiences, ranging from luxury to family friendly activities, attracting audiences of all kinds
The event will center around two action-packed Polo matches.
- During the first match, current Work to Ride students and Alumni will put their newfound skills to the test in a head-to-head match.
- During the second match – the event's feature match- Philadelphia's own polo champion Kareem Rosser and world-famous polo player Nacho Figueras will lead star-studded teams in a much-anticipated rematch. The former BlackWatch teammates will be supported by nationally renowned polo players Nick Roldan and Melissa Ganzi, as well as acclaimed Work to Ride alum Shariah and Marc Harris, as they vie for this year's championship title.
100% of proceeds from the event will benefit Work to Ride and the continued growth and investment in the program.
