Rarely performed music for an unusual group of players. This concert features some of the top Trumpet players from Yorkshire and further afield. Music by Altenburg, Biber, Rubbra, Wilson, Wagner all for large groups of Trumpets - contrasted with more delicate music for Soprano soloist, and some Organ pieces to alternate the mood. A lovely venue on a summer's day with refreshments served and time to enjoy the ambience of the venue.
