Every culture recognizes the Wounded Healer—the person who transforms their pain into healing power. In this interactive session, you'll be guided through reflective writing, creative mapping, and self-exploration to uncover how your wounds can be reframed as sources of resilience and personal growth.

Following the workshop, enjoy a lunch, allowing time for both connection and quiet reflection.

The afternoon continues with a Qi Gong experience, led by Kiki, Qi Gong Medical Practitioner, designed to integrate the insights from the workshop into your body and energy. You'll learn the basics of Qi Gong and how to use it to cultivate balance, release stagnation, and harmonize your personal energy.
