Thurber Dog Trot 5K at Green Lawn Cemetery

Run or walk with your dog among the 200 year old trees and 170 years of Columbus history at Green Lawn Cemetery in celebration of James Thurber and his infamous dog Muggs. As you enjoy the winding, paved course through the cemetery, you'll also get a special SNEAK PEAK of Green Lawn’s newest art installation—a life-sized bronze of Muggs, The Dog That Bit People, at Thurber’s gravesite. Proceeds of the 5K will be split to support Thurber House and to pay for the statue's granite base.
