Thursday Night Wine: Class–Demystifying Food and Wine Pairing

Sometimes we aim for contrast, sometimes for compliment, sometimes we lean on tradition, other times we pair food from wildly different geographies and cultures. There's no secret society or handshake for pairing wine and food effectively, but it can feel like alchemy at times. We'll cover some basic principles to help you pair your favorite dishes with great (and appropriate) wine.

About the Instructor:
Matt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Matt’s passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
