Though Champagne is known best, there are many other regions and styles of sparkling wine made in the world today. We’ll consider sparklers from France, Italy, and Washington along with a variety of production methods. Through tasting, instruction, and discussion, participants will increase their understanding of and appreciation for sparkling wines.

A guided tasting of 3 wines is included. Limited to 10 participants.

About the Instructor:
Matt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Matt’s passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
