Trinity’s Big Sleep Out 2026 – 40th Anniversary Edition Join us for the 13th annual Big Sleep Out, proudly presented by Trinity Winchester, as we celebrate 40 years of supporting our local community. This unique fundraising event brings people together to raise vital awareness and funds for homelessness and domestic abuse services across Winchester. Taking place on Friday 19 June 2026 at Winchester Rugby Club, the evening will be hosted by Emmy Award winner Rick Adams. Guests can enjoy live local music, entertainment including SILENT DISCO, and a selection of delicious food vendors, including Five Borough Pizza and Original Fry Up Material. Participants are invited to take part in a creative shelter-building competition, with prizes awarded for the most imaginative designs. The evening will also feature an inspiring art showcase by the Trinity Art Group (TAG), including their installation “40 Stories: A Living Celebration of 40 Years”, marking Trinity’s milestone anniversary. A highlight of the night is the much-loved “celebrity bedtime story,” before everyone settles into their handmade cardboard shelters under the stars. In the morning, participants are welcomed with a free breakfast courtesy of the Rapid Relief Team. Whether attending as an individual, family, or team, the Big Sleep Out offers a memorable, meaningful experience that helps make a real difference in the community. Non-sleepers are welcome to attend – entry is free.
