What to Expect The Science Fair will be packed with hands-on, creative and inspiring activities, including: • Hands-on experiments and activities suitable for all ages • Interactive demonstrations led by Faculty of Life Sciences researchers • Short, accessible talks on fascinating life science topics • Opportunities for conversation and two-way dialogue with scientists All activities are designed to be engaging, informal and accessible – no prior science knowledge required. Meet the Scientists Researchers, staff and students from across the Faculty of Life Sciences will share their work and answer questions about: • Human health and disease • Genetics and cell biology • Neuroscience and behaviour • Biodiversity, evolution and the environment • Careers in the life sciences • And much more This is a chance to meet the people behind the research and explore how life sciences connect to everyday life! Who Is It For? The Science Fair is open to everyone. The event is free to attend and aims to be inclusive, welcoming and enjoyable for all.
