Umbrae Noctis Festival - A Darkly Decadent Burlesque & Drag Event

The Umbrae Noctis Festival was conceived out of the dark, dank winter dreary of the PNW. Knowing that there is beauty to be found in the shadows of the night, the idea of a weekend-long burlesque and drag festival that celebrates all things dark and decadent and on the fringes was loosed upon the earth, and was named UMBRAE NOCTIS This Darkly Decadent Burlesque & Drag Festival, now in its second year of existence, will be held over a 3-day span: - Friday and Saturday, November 21 & 22 at Black Water, 5115 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR) - performances from 8pm-11pm each night (doors at 7), with after parties at The Coffin (421 SE Grand Ave) from 11:30 until the wee hours (free for fest ticket holders!). - Sunday, November 23 will hold a Dark Market at Black Water (more info TBA) - Sunday, November 23 you will have the opportunity to take workshops with our headliners, including the Rose City Showgirl Sensation, DRIA DORE', & the legendary horror drag icon THROB ZOMBIE! ?? You will find gloriously ghoulish drag and burlesque performances that will transfix your senses all weekend, all set to the feelings and sounds of darkwave, post-punk, goth, deathrock and punk.
