Festival Details - "We Can Pickle That!"...

At this hands-on class, participants will learn the foundational food handling, food safety and food preservation knowledge to safely process their own pickled food using a boiling water canner. In the class, participants will also make a recipe to take home. This class will have lecture, demonstration and hands-on elements. There will also be samples of food.
