Festival Details - "Wheaton Festival of Cultures"...

Featuring live entertainment, cultural booths, a passport activity for kids, food trucks, and storytelling, the Festival of Cultures takes place in Memorial Park (225 Karlskoga Avenue) on Sunday, September 17 from 1 pm until 5 pm. This free family-friendly event is a program of the Wheaton Community Relations Commission and celebrates the diversity of cultures that make Wheaton a vibrant, welcoming community. Children can get passports stamped as they enjoy hands-on activities and learn about other cultures. Funkadesi, Salsa Norte, and other music groups will perform and individuals will share their cultural stories from the Memorial Park Bandshell stage.
