Winter Farm Dinner at Middlebrook

Join us for an evening of delicious cuisine and community connection at Middlebrook Farm. The event begins at 5:30 PM with a farm talk led by Mosa Shayan, Middlebrook’s Farm Manager. Check in and grab a drink inside The Farmhouse, then head to the Community High Tunnel for passed hors d’oeuvres and a behind-the-scenes look at Middlebrook Farm. At 6:00 PM, enjoy a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner by Chef Katie Porter of Seasonal Palate, served in the cozy setting of The Farmhouse. The evening’s menu will highlight organic produce grown right here in Middlebrook’s town garden. Mosa and Chef Katie first met while working together at The Wallace Centers of Iowa, where they spent eight years collaborating on farm-to-table dinners—Mosa growing the ingredients and Katie transforming them into memorable meals. We're thrilled to bring their partnership to life once again at Middlebrook.
