Women's Adventure Retreat

Here is the tentative schedule. Please keep in mind, you can do all of it or pick and choose!

Friday:
3:30-4:30pm - Arrive and get settled in your yurt
5:00pm - Gather for a rundown of the weekend events,

introductions, meet our facilitators, and mini-meditation to set intentions for the weekend.
6:00pm - Dinner - the food will be amazing.
Bonfire and social time.

Saturday:
Anytime: Hike around camp trails
7:30 - Coffee available and grab n' go breakfast
9:00am - Yoga for all levels with Debby Siegel
10:00am - Shannon Tamme with Life Synchronized
11:30am - BRUNCH and Vision Boards with a Twist with Sally
12:30-1:30pm - Erin Joy - The Psychology of Entrepreneurship - Part II

Afternoon options: (depending on the group)
1:30pm - Break or walk to the Energy Circle and meditate with Sally
2:30pm - Kayaking and/or arts and crafts
4:00pm - Optional Pleasant Hollow Winery excursion on the camp bus OR arts and crafts
6pm Dinner
7pm Music, dancing, and fun around the bonfire

Sunday options:
7:30am - Coffee available and grab n' go breakfast
9:00am - Yoga for all levels with Debby Siegel
10:30am - Sound bath or forest bathing (stay tuned!)
12:00pm Lunch and reflection

Option for bike ride, hike, kayaking before departing!
