Chef Valerie is a proud Peruvian chef from the city of Chiclayo, known for her expertise in traditional Peruvian flavors with a contemporary twist. For this special collaboration at JARANA, Chef Valeria will be working alongside JARANA’s Executive Chef Martha Palacios, to develop a unique Peruvian-inspired menu with a twist—combining the rich, authentic flavors of Peru with Martha’s unique take on the cuisine.
