All is Bright, A Festival of Lights

ALL IS BRIGHT: A HOLIDAY OF LIGHTS This year Historic Poplar Grove rings in the holiday season with 5 weeks of “All is Bright,” a dazzling festival of lights and holiday magic. In partnership with Patriot Illumination who will be lighting the grounds with hundreds of thousands of lights and lighted scenes, the PG crew will, of course, be decorating to the max and there will be loads of photo opportunities! Fire-pits and marshmallow roasting areas will be out, different food trucks each night (Yes, we are adding MORE!), 3 snow machines and the indoor barns will have a select number of culinary delights, adult libations, wine and beer and arts and craft vendors. This year we have also added a large, heated outdoor tent to stay warm while you eat! A real, professional Santa will be here on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30pm-8:30pm and Mr. Twister (the ingenious balloon man) will be here on Saturday and Sunday nights from 5pm-9pm. Sunday, December 10th will be a special night of Pet Portraits with Santa. Of course the historic 1850’s Manor House will be decked out in its Victorian finest for you to take in the cozy sights and sounds of the Holiday Season all nights. Santa, Mr. Twister, marshmallow roasting and the Manor House walk through are FREE with paid admission of $10 per person (adult and child). Kid’s tickets are half off on Sundays when Santa isn’t in town. Tickets are available at www.poplargrove.org or at the gate the night of. You can come anytime you like during the 5-9 pm time of the date selected and stay as long as you like! Show runs from Friday, November 24th (tree lighting) to Saturday, December 23rd from 5pm-9pm.
