@To honor the rich history, culture, and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, the Asian American Celebration reflects AASoCV’s commitment to unity, diversity, and cultural awareness in Central Virginia. @Experience a full day of vibrant cultural celebration featuring captivating dance performances, eclectic food offerings, and immersive activities for guests of all ages. You’ll discover 14 cultural booths, each curated to highlight the traditions, history, and artistry of Asian communities. These booths offer an engaging way to learn about heritage and culture. @Food lovers can explore a diverse selection of dishes representing flavors from across Asia—ranging from beloved street foods to regional specialties prepared by local chefs and community partners. The festival’s Asian Marketplace adds another layer of discovery, showcasing arts, textiles, jewelry, and culturally unique goods. @Families will especially enjoy the Kids Village, a large, dedicated area designed for young guests to play, learn, and explore. With hands-on crafts, cultural games, and kid-friendly performances, it offers a welcoming space where children can experience the festival’s spirit in a fun and meaningful way.
