Botanica by Brisa is an immersive, over-the-top floral pop-up transforming Brisa into a transportive garden escape in the heart of Little Italy. Officially opening to the public on January 12, this experiential concept blends art installation, cocktail culture, and nightlife with fresh Latin and Asian–inspired flavors. Guests can explore a lush, visually striking environment featuring giant life-size flowers, thousands of roses suspended from the ceiling, an immersive New Year’s Resolution Flower Wall, and a mocktail-forward menu designed for elevated dining. Hidden within the space is a Safari Jungle–inspired speakeasy, offering a unique cocktail and dinner menu in an intimate, high-impact setting.
