INDIVIDUAL RegistrationPLEASE NOTE: All reenactors (Military or Civilian) above the age of 13 years old are required to register, pay registration fee, and return a signed Event Guidelines & Agreement (included in this online registration form, and a PDF version available by clicking HERE) in order to participate in the Civil War Weekend at Hale Farm & Village. All reenactors under the age of 18 MUST be included on a paid adult's registration form, and accompanied by that adult at all times. This is a special opportunity to be an active part of our weekend programming and schedule! Ambassadors receive FREE Registration and FREE Rations. REGISTRATION FAQs Pre-Registration fee is $15 for all reenactors, aged 13 and up and can be completed online. Please note—RATIONS will be an additional charge and ONLY available through Pre-registration. Deadline to register and choose rations: July 21st. Walk-in Registration is $25 and must be completed on site at the Registration Tent. (See Guidelines for more information). Walk-in participants are NOT able to purchase ration tickets. Youth ages 12 and under are FREE, but must be accompanied by a REGISTERED legal guardian, and their information must be included in the registration application. No one under the age of 18 may carry a firearm on museum grounds. Box 296 Bath, Ohio 44210-0296 Please note: All Units must provide proof of insurance to Command Staff when checking in at Command HQ. All Cavalry members must provide Coggins papers to Command Staff prior to the event weekend. NO PETS are allowed on Hale Farm grounds—this includes inside encampments or inside any vehicles being kept on grounds. If you have a service animal that needs to accompany you, you must make arrangements with Hale Farm Management PRIOR to arriving for registration and check-in.
