Throughout the week, participants can experience dumplings in many ways, from sit-down meals and special menus to hands-on classes, casual bites, and specialty offerings from local markets and grocery stores. Ring in Lunar New Year with an entire week dedicated to dumplings in every form — steamed, fried, filled, and folded with love. Culinary Weeks offer a week-long lineup of chef-driven dishes and themed menus inspired by seasonal ingredients and diverse culinary traditions. Participants can use the Vibemap app to check in at participating restaurants and unlock fun rewards, including a custom plushie keychain for visiting three or more spots in a week and a limited-edition Bellevue tote bag for completing all four weeks.
