Set on the scenic patio of our Estate House, overlooking our vineyards, this family-style dinner celebrates craftsmanship, sustainability, and the land's natural beauty. Chef Thomas Mendel will prepare each course using the finest ingredients sourced from our estate and local organic farms, perfectly complemented by our estate-grown wines.
