This hands-on cocktail series is designed to give you the confidence and know-how to craft a wide range of classic and modern cocktails, all using a thoughtfully curated, minimal collection of bottles. You’ll learn essential techniques, explore ingredient versatility and build practical skills that translate easily to your own home setup. By the end of class, you’ll have a solid understanding of foundational cocktail formulas and know exactly how to stock a home bar with ingredients that work together across dozens of drinks. Whether we’re focusing on a base spirit, our goal is to demystify mixology, reduce waste and help you mix with confidence! Please note: Fresh juices will be used in this class.
