54th Annual Mountain View Art & Wine Festival One of the Bay Area’s largest and most celebrated festivals returns to Downtown Mountain View for one massive weekend of art, music, food, wine and unforgettable experiences. The award-winning Mountain View Art & Wine Festival, presented by the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce, returns September 12 and 13, 2026, transforming nearly a mile of Castro Street into a vibrant outdoor celebration in the heart of Silicon Valley. Admission is FREE. Explore more than 400 artists, makers, food vendors and experiences as Downtown Mountain View comes alive with original art, live entertainment, incredible street food, wine, craft beer, cocktails, interactive experiences and family fun. Stroll block after block of thoughtfully curated art while meeting the people who create it. Discover painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, glass, mixed media, woodwork, textiles, wearable art, home décor and unexpected finds you will not see everywhere else. THE WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE Go beyond the traditional festival wine garden and step into an exclusive tasting lounge for a curated journey through California wine country. Enjoy more than 22 tastings from 8 boutique and heritage wineries at a time. Meet the vintners, explore their craft and discover the stories and flavors behind every bottle. The PG&E Main Stage brings a high energy mix of pop, funk, rock and dance, including festival favorites the Megatones and the House Rockers. The Community Stage spotlights local singers, dancers, musicians, actors and emerging performers throughout the weekend. COLLABORATIVE PAINT TEMPLE & DJ DANCEPARK Art is not just something to admire here. It is something everyone can help create. The Collaborative Paint Temple invites guests to add their mark to a massive shared artwork while live DJs provide a soundtrack of melodic house music. This year’s theme, “What does love mean to you…”, invites everyone to express what love means to them through color and creativity. By Sunday evening, thousands of contributions become a new work of art created by and for the community. Follow the beat to the DJ Dancepark, an outdoor space where DJs, music and festival energy come together in the heart of Downtown Mountain View. FAMILY FUN The Kid Zone is loaded with fun for younger guests, including face painting, games, bungee trampolines, kids focused vendors and giant Water Balls that let kids climb inside inflatable orbs and walk across the water. FOOD & DRINK Come hungry. More than 18 street food vendors serve flavors from around the world, from sizzling BBQ and street tacos to bao buns, Indonesian satay, gourmet crêpes, wood fired pizza and festival classics. Raise a glass with wine, craft beer, canned cocktails and refreshing nonalcoholic options available throughout the festival. Tropical Hut will also serve nonalcoholic piña coladas in fresh pineapples and coconuts. Castro Street’s renowned restaurants, shops and local businesses will be open throughout the weekend, with participating merchants and special offerings through the Local Discovery program. GETTING HERE Skip the parking search and take public transportation. The Downtown Mountain View Transit Center is just steps from the festival with Caltrain, VTA Light Rail and bus service.
