This exquisite diner, prepared by Executive Chef Stacey Craig, will consist of six courses paying homage to the culinary traditions of Spain. Each course will be served alongside a curated wine pairing that complements the prepared course for the purpose of a world class dining experience. Our guests will be escorted through the various wine regions of Spain by Chad “Sully” Sullivan, our in-house Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine.
