Attendees can savor the sweet-spicy fragrance of roasting Hatch chile, glass of wine in hand or if they choose, enjoy an interactive experience by taking a turn with the chile roasters. Attendees are encouraged to buy Hatch chile at their local grocery store to roast. Instructions for roasting and freezing the savory chile and recipes will be distributed. Live music and food will round out the festivities.
