This event celebrates fresh, local cuisine, regional wine and beer. Live music sets the stage for tastings from local restaurants and food trucks as well as samplings from Minnesota wineries, breweries and more, including the Arboretum’s own Horticultural Research Center, the developer of popular cold-hardy wine grapes including Marquette and Itasca.
