Maidult Fair | April. 26–May. 4, 2025 With a nostalgic chain carousel, handmade dolls clothes and furniture, and the largest pottery fair in Europe, this traditional “May Fair” in Munich is a quieter version of its Oktoberfest counterpart, exchanging beer tents for beer gardens. Maidult is the first Auer Dult of the year, a city fair in the district of AU Munich that takes place three times per year on the Mariahilfplatz (main square) in front of the church, a tradition dating back to 1310.
